The LanParte Professional Universal Handgrip UG-02 Version III provides a reliable and comfortable way of supporting and stabilising your camera rig using any industry standard 15mm rail system.
The grips feature articulating arms, which are connected using three adjustment points on each arm, making them adjustable in a large number of ways. When the sprung locking screws are loosened the joints can be freely rotated in any direction to create a perfect configuration specifically suited to the individual operator. It is possible to achieve widely separated grip points for more stability which opens the possibility for more subtle and precise movements.
Other potential adjustments include grip height and angle, both of which will greatly enhance comfort particularly in extended periods of filming. These deluxe handgrips are the most comfortable, quick to configure and most versatile hand grips within the Lanparte range.
The grips are highly accurately machined from lightweight aluminium alloy, using CNC techniques. They are hard anodised in black and green, to provide a finish which is highly durable, and very resistant to scratching (a far superior durability when compared to cheaper powder coated parts). The design features several milled out slots to reduce the overall weight, without compromising on strength.
The grip area is over moulded with medium firmness rubber, providing an ideal balance between comfort and durability. The rubber has a knurled effect texture, ensuring the operator’s hands stay firmly planted when making rapid movements, therefore maintaining very smooth and stable footage.
The two reliable clamping screws on these handles ensure that they never slip off the end of the rails.
